(Newsdesk) A research team at Columbia University and INSEAD studying mountaineering processes and outcomes invite you to complete a short online survey to help with their research. "We have targeted only the most experienced climbers from around the world to participate in this research," said the researchers. If you are one such take a few minutes to complete the short and anonymous survey or help in distributing the survey link to other experienced climbers.

The first page of the survey has several open-ended questions followed by multiple choice questions on the subsequent pages related to group dynamics. In return you will get a summary of the research findings at the conclusion of the project.

The research is being conducted in collaboration with Adam Galinsky (Professor at Columbia University) and Roderick Swaab (Professor at INSEAD).
